Plasma‐assisted electron emission from (Pb,La)(Zr,Ti)O3 ceramic cathodes

摘要: Strong pulsed electron emission has been observed from 12/65/35 lead lanthanum zirconate titanate ceramic composition in two different nonswitched phases at room temperature and the 100 °C. The parameters of this appear to be independent phase for investigated. Fast photography direct observation show that strong occurs surface discharge plasma. new experimental data make it possible demonstrate validity Child–Langmuir law emitter. A plasma cathode with burst frequency up 100 kHz collector current density 10 A/cm2 is developed.
