Sintering behavior, microstructure and thermoelectric properties of calcium cobaltite thick films for transversal thermoelectric multilayer generators

摘要: Abstract The sintering behavior and the thermoelectric performance of Ca3Co4O9 multilayer laminates were studied, a generator was fabricated. Compacts samples with anisotropic microstructure residual porosity obtained after conventional at 920 °C, whereas dense isotropic prepared by firing 1200 °C reoxidation 900 °C. A hot-pressed sample has microstructure. Samples sintered 920 °C exhibit low electrical conductivity due to density, Seebeck coefficient is not sensitive preparation conditions. However, thermal multilayers very low, and, hence acceptable ZT values are obtained. transversal (TMLTEG) fabricated stacking layers green tapes, AgPd conductor printing, co-firing 920 °C. TMLTEG power output 3 mW ΔT = 200 K in temperature interval 25 °C 300 °C.
