摘要: MgxZn1−xO films were deposited onto the glass substrate by a sol–gel spin coating method. The drying and annealing temperatures 300 500 °C in air. As x varies from 0 to 1, it was observed that crystal structure is changed wurtzite ZnO cubic MgO. morphology characterizations of these scanning electron microscope. randomly oriented hexagonal nanorods gown on surface when = 0.25, which became disappeared with increasing Mg contents. optical properties investigated room-temperature photoluminescence (PL) UV–vis absorption spectra, show band gap visible UV regions can be ideally tuned varying contents alloy films.
