摘要: The treatment of patients with pulmonary metastases from colorectal cancer continues to evolve. Recently the use novel agents as a first-line in metastatic disease has generated cautious optimism oncological community. However, metastasectomy remains mainstay multidisciplinary concept for highly selected subset patients. A group limited lungs may benefit 5-year survival rate up more than 50%. This review evaluates current status surgical resection cancer, special emphasis on prognostic factors that influence survival, well approach and lymph node dissection its impact management disease.
