摘要: Abstract Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between social support and incidence depression among postpartum mother lived in Indonesia's extended family. Method A cross-sectional descriptive undertaken study. Fifty-seven eligible samples were recruited with cluster sampling at two primary health services Makassar. analyzed using chi-square. Results results showed mean age 29 years. Dominant have low educational (35.1%). Majority mothers a housewife (89.5%). sample multiparous (73.3%), giving birth vaginal (91.2%) average has children. result revealed significant (p = 0.030). Conclusions highlights important issues related depression. Family-center care nursing during childbearing are needed prevent
