摘要: Herein, the micro extraction and quantification of lead (II) ions were investigated in trace levels on situ pulse anodic stripping voltammetry (DPASV) polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) membrane-based liquid three-phase extraction. The voltammetric cell contained acceptor solution reference, counter, working electrodes. modified Pt electrode with 3-Trimethoxysilyl-1-propanethiol gold nanoparticles (Au NPs), respectively, was applied as electrode. combined DPASV utilized during time. obtained results showed effect different factors pre-concentration ions, including organic solvent, pH donor phases, concentration complexion agent, time, stirring rate, electrochemical factors; also, optimal conditions established. final stable signal achieved after 18-min time for analytical applications. relative standard deviation enrichment factor to be 6.0% ( $n=5$ ) 18, respectively. calibration curve range 0.207–62.1 ppb Pb(II) (analytical equation: $y=$ 3.986 $x+$ 0.381), limit detection found 0.021 optimum conditions. determined fish, rice, wastewater samples.
