摘要: A case of a double inferior vena cava (IVC) with retroaortic left renal vein, azygos continuation the IVC, and presence hepatic portion IVC drained into right vein is reported embryologic, clinical, radiological significance discussed. The diagnosis suggested by multidetector computed tomography (MDCT), which reveals aberrant vascular structures. Awareness different congenital anomalies necessary for radiologists to avoid diagnostic pitfalls they should be remembered because can influence several surgical interventions endovascular procedures.
