摘要: Increasingly, educators are implementing course development and delivery platforms to place their distance courses online in order expand accessibility educational opportunities, make use of multimedia capabilities, provide effective management the teaching learning experience. These also referred as systems (CMS), (LMS), portals, or e-learning platforms. They integrated, comprehensive software packages that support development, delivery, evaluation, administration can be used both traditional face-to-face instruction an environment. The decision obtain such is frequently made by administrators computer managers. However, academics should play a significant role this process, they must create manage enticing, interactive environment easy for instructors learners use. This paper focuses primarily on instructor learner perspectives systems, but considers administrative factors student record keeping, technical requirements, cost ownership. It intended meet needs who contemplating acquisition type want change from one platform another.
