摘要: Recent data have shown that Leydig-cell-specific functions, and therefore steroidogenic capacity, can be regulated by lutropin/human choriogonadotropin collectively termed gonadotropin several growth factors are produced act within the testis. However, molecular mechanisms which these regulate Leydig cells not understood. In present study, we investigated effects of basic fibroblast factor (bFGF), epidermal (EGF), insulin-like I (IGF-I) transforming β (TGF-β) on mRNA for receptor three enzymes: cytochrome P-450SCC, P-450 17α-hydroxylase/C17–20 lyase (17α-hydroxylase), 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase. IGF-1, enhance testosterone production, increased gonadotropin-receptor density after an increase in levels, it level 17α-hydrolyase. Micromolar concentrations insulin had similar to those IGF-I. Moreover, decreased production (EGF, bFGF TGFβ1) density, levels 17α-hydroxylase. The potential transcription genes enzymes were measured means nuclear run-on assays. We demonstated long-term inhibitory bFGF, or stimulatory primarily due a variation rates receptor, since previous studies than some expressed testis, they may play physiological role regulation differentiated testicular functions.
