摘要: Abstract Interleukin-17 (IL-17) is a CD4 T cell-derived proinflammatry and proangiogenic cytokine. In this study, we investigated the effects of cytokine on vascular endothelial cell growth induced by well-known direct angiogenic factor bFGF, HGF, VEGF, CXCL5/ENA-78 or CXCL8/IL-8. While wide range doses IL-17 alone did not show ability to stimulate human dermal microvascular cells (HMVECs), CXCL5 CXCL8 significantly HMVECs in vitro. When bFGF were used combination, 10 100 ng/ml enhanced 10 ng/ml bFGF-induced HMVECs. Similarly, when HGF combined together, potentiated HGF-induced VEGF enhance VEGF-induced growth, whereas clearly promoted VEGF-mediated proliferation On contrary, augment CXCL5- CXCL8-mediated growth. These results indicate that itself does have capability cells, able selectively mitogenic activity for cells. Our findings also suggest may promote bFGF-, HGF- VEGF-meadiated angiogenesis through enhancing
