摘要: Thin‐film anisotropic magnetoresistors are superior to semiconductor magnetic field sensors. ac excitation of the sensor bridge reduced noise level 10 nT p‐p. The offset reduction and characteristic stabilization was achieved by periodical flipping means 100 mA/100 μs current pulses into a 400 turns coil wound across perpendicular sensitive axis. use mechanism can significantly improve performance permalloy magnetoresistors: long‐term stability nT, hysteresis below ppm FS 5 p‐p be with low‐power electronic circuits. array eight used in contactless dc meter. A sensitivity 0.1 mA high geometrical selectivity obtained.
