A methodology for the evaluation of interoperability improvements in inter-enterprises collaboration based on causal performance measurement models

摘要: This article proposes a framework and methodology to evaluate improve the interoperability for each partner of an inter-enterprises collaboration. The is based on decomposition business processes into non-value-added NVA activities it also process performance indicators PIs measure interoperability. developed then founded this aimed provide support validating solutions. A causal measurement model CPMM used define how improvement may influence achievement all partners’ objectives. An application illustrative example has been presented.
