摘要: Devices, systems and methods according to the present invention utilize electrokinetic pumps capable of generating high low pressures flow for various medical applications, including drug delivery analyte sampling. The EK are configured constructed be cost, compact precise. In one embodiment, pump comprises a first fluid reservoir 102 second 104. First is coupled 104 by through- vias 106, 110 porous dielectric material 108. Through-vias 106 110, along with 108 proivde fluidic path between Each rservoir further port 118, which can an inlet or outlet, capacitive electrode 120a 120b.
