摘要: The precise spatial-temporal coordination of cell division and differentiation is necessary for the correct formation tissues, organs, organism as a whole. This has been implemented by intercellular communication mediated signaling molecules receptors that selectively recognize them. Membrane receptor kinases ERECTA family regulate inflorescence flower structure, root epidermis adaptation responses. characterization genes flowering plant pinesap Monotropa hypopitys with unique development features can enrich knowledge about kinase functions conserved processes their participation. Transcriptomic genomic search subsequent structural-phylogenetic analysis identified mRNA gene serine-threonine leucine-rich repeats MhyERL1, which only ortholog pinesap. A quantitative MhyERL1 transcripts revealed its expression in all analyzed tissues maximum levels flowers. probably involved defining architecture, epidermis. cascades involving ERL1 are apparently conserved. exception pathways associated above-ground vegetative structures, immune response to fungal pathogens lost process unfavorable environmental conditions.
