摘要: The high ligation specificity of a tetranucleotide with pair flanking octanucleotides on DNA template by the action T4 phage ligase is shown. In tetranucleotide-DNA complex containing mismatch, almost no products are formed. tandem octanucleotide-tetranucleotide-octanucleotide makes it possible to identify accurately any single nucleotide substitution in binding site.
