摘要: This work analyzes the international experiences that influenced formulation of first responses were tried out by Argentinean State in field Labor legislation. The absence a corpus specialized knowledge (reliable statistics, reports, qualitative data) led sectors concerned about resolving workers’ issue to study and observe practices methods developed other countries. experience acquired workshop worldwide observation, within context fluid flow ideas, models analysis theories, made it possible devise apply laws as well setting up labor organization country.
