摘要: Efficient conversion of electrical to optical energy in organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) depends on balancing the flux holes injected at anode with that electrons cathode. In this paper, we discuss several concepts related optimizing power efficiency OLEDs, and put them context analytic numerical models for OLED operation. A simple argument is used relate charge injection rate from each electrode measurable properties layer, deriving equivalent Richardson-Dushman equation metal-organic interface. We role density dictating importance both space effects recombination. These ideas are illustrated experimental data device structures which exemplify various types behavior predicted.
