摘要: Abstract Three hundred and twenty-four strains of Escherichia coli isolated from weaned pigs with diarrhoea or oedema disease in Eastern China were screened by multiplex PCR for the presence gene encoding adhesin involved diffuse adhesion I (AIDA-I). Two AIDA-I positive subjected to analysis nucleotide sequence complete orfA orfB AIDA gene. The E. isolates also assessed five fimbriae (F4, F5, F6, F18 F41) monoclonal antibodies toxin genes (STa, STb, LT, EAST1, Stx2e) PCR. Twenty-one (6.5%) possessed genes. Of these isolates, two carried as only demonstrated virulence factors, remaining other factor Comparing porcine human sources, a high homology both was observed. However, each 3864 nucleotides long compared 3861 2787 orfB, showed 96.5% 2787. data indicated (1) that may be an occasional post-weaning pigs, (2) it has potential transfer between coli, (3) there is genetic diversity coli.
