摘要: We extend a hybrid finite-volume-element (FVE) method to treat the laminar reacting flow in cylindrical coordinates considering collocation of all chosen primitive variables. To approximate advection fluxes at cell faces, we use upwind-biased physical influence scheme PIS and derive few new extended expressions applicable frame. These are derived for both Navier-Stokes reactive governing equations, which latter considered novel finite-volume formulation. validate our expressions, current results compared with experimental data other available numerical solutions. The show that accuracy is better than those by past similar investigators.
