摘要: Fish represents a nutrient-rich food but, at the same time, is one of most important contributor to dietary intake heavy metals. The aim this study was assess residual levels Pb, Cd and Hg in different species, caught from FAO zones 37 1.3 2.2, particularly small pelagic, benthic demersal fishes. results obtained showed absence toxic metal fishes zone 1.3. Relating instead, all samples we observed concentrations (0.081 ± 0.022 mg/kg) higher (0.252 ± 0.033 mg/kg). Particularly, trend contamination similar species whereas high demersal, intermediate pelagic low species. However, only exceed MRL mackerel, mullet, sea-bream fishes, according Regulation CE n. 629/2008 488/2014.
