摘要: Fish represents a nutrient-rich food but, at the same time, is one of most important contributor to dietary intake heavy metals. The aim this study was assess residual levels Pb, Cd and Hg in different species, caught from FAO zones 37 1.3 2.2, particularly small pelagic, benthic demersal fishes. results obtained showed absence toxic metal fishes zone 1.3.
