摘要: Cell division is essential for organismal growth and tissue homeostasis. It exceptionally significant in tissues chronically exposed to intrinsic external damage, like the liver. After decades of studying regulation cell cycle by extracellular signals, there are still gaps our knowledge on how these two interact with metabolic pathways vivo. Studying cross-talk has direct clinical implications as defects division, signaling pathways, homeostasis frequently observed liver diseases. In this review, we will focus recent reports which describe various functions regulators hepatic We interplay between metabolism during regeneration after acute chronic damage. attention non-alcoholic fatty disease, especially steatohepatitis. The global incidence disease increasing exponentially. Therefore, understanding may lead discovery novel therapeutic targets amenable intervention.
