摘要: Many embodiments provide a frequency comb receiver that includes PIN diode, THz pulse generator block generates tones (LO) for coherent detection, an on-chip antenna broadband detection and driver stage switched by series of buffers, where repetition rate the LO are tunable over range determines spacing between two adjacent in corresponding comb.
