摘要: We report a case of dural carotid cavernous fistula (CCF) pose diagnostic dilemma with initial symptoms the arteriovenous shunt. A 56 year-old man presented right eye diplopia, then subsequently developed ptosis, congestion conjunctiva, dilated episcleral vessels, and gradual rise in intraocular pressure. Initial diagnosis pseudotumour was made based on negative finding CCF by computed tomography angiography (CTA). In view persistent clinical manifestations spite steroid therapy, presence new ocular signs; cock-screw conjunctival retinal veins, proptosis, digital subtraction (DSA) performed confirmed CCF. The resolved completely post embolization fistula.
