Free Compared with Pedicled Right Internal Thoracic Arteries for Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

摘要: This study confirms that the right ITA is an excellent conduit for coronary artery bypass grafting. Excellent patency of was observed when it grafted to LAD, diagonal, intermediate or proximal circumflex marginal branches, suggesting preference should be given use a grafting one arteries on left side (after LITA). However, there were differences in between pedicled and free ITAs side. Free grafts are recommended distal its bypassing branches because their greater flexibility. Survival after bilateral excellent, whether free.
