摘要: Fish farming is becoming an increasingly popular agricultural activity, and water quality in these environments a major concern. parasites, such as monogeneans, respond to changes abiotic conditions, either with increase or decrease population. This study aimed identify gill monogeneans analyse their relationships factors during the ontogenetic development of Nile tilapia over fish culture cycle Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. were sampled monthly for eight months, total 200 collected. The physical chemical parameters measured correlated abundance each monogenean species. Over cycle, fluctuated, decreased. parasites found included Cichlidogyrus tilapiae, thurstonae, sclerosus, halli Scutogyrus longicornis. abundances all species showed significant differences (body size) C. thurstonae S. longicornis conditions. However, was not significantly any evaluated parameters. Understanding how different production can prevent peaks subsequent sanitary problems.
