摘要: A case of paraganglioma parasellar origin in a 7-year-old girl is described. She presented with hemibase syndrome involvement majority the left cranial nerves. Three times past 2 years she had recurrent ophthalmoplegia complete recovery. was treated surgically and postoperative radiotherapy. The site this as well clinical presentation are uncommon features case.
