On-line spectral diagnostic system for Dalian Coherent Light Source

摘要: The Dalian Coherent Light Source (DCLS) is a Free electron laser (EEL) user facility currently under construction in the northeast of China, It designed to work on high gain harmonic principle with capability wavelength continuously tunable EUV regime 50-150 nm. light source has unique features such as turntable radiation frequency, wide spectral range, brightness and peak power, very short pulse time structure, etc. A key diagnostic task DCLS on-line characteristic recording during development, for definition experimental conditions. For this purpose, an online grazing incidence spectrometer toroidal mirror variable-line-spacing plane grating presented paper monitor each single EEL pulse. circular stage chosen fit focal curve realize scanning. This scanning mechanics simpler stable. Resolving power (lambda/Delta lambda) better than 12,000 whole range. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
