摘要: Abstract A simple TPD—MS device, which operates in a flow of helium at normal pressure, is described. The system was checked to ensure that it capable performing quantitative analysis evolved gases. Quantitative calibrations were obtained for number substances, both organic and inorganic. influence several operational variables, easily modified our on the response has also been studied. Calibrations by fast injection into substances be analysed. Since these an unusual way, under conditions are not exactly same as those operating real TPD experiments, their applicability EGA tested.
