Using the Bhattacharyya Mean for the Filtering and Clustering of Positive-Definite Matrices

摘要: This work deals with Bhattacharyya mean, and Riemannian medians on the space of symmetric positive-definite matrices. A comparison between these averaging methods is given in two different areas which are mean (median) filtering to denoise a set High Angular Resolution Diffusion Images (HARDI) clustering data. For second application, we will compare efficiency Wishart classifier algorithm using aforementioned algorithm.
