摘要: According to the U.S. Department of Energy, a plug in Electrical Vehicle (PEV) can be defined as vehicle that consumes power from battery with capacity no less than 4 kw/h and recharged form an external energy motive power. mobility is new emerging field has drawn electrical powertrain technologies vehicles charging infrastructures transition toward green smart environment. There need create solid network communication platform, standards, best practices protocols for E-mobility. As we see, academic domain, attention been paid area reviewing e-mobility available requirements needed smooth gird. This article focuses on most common standards open e-mobility, especially means between PEV, Supply Equipment (EVSE), Central Back Office possibly Roaming Center. Moreover, this paper provides Open System Interconnection (OSI) representation model given standards.
