摘要: Abstract This paper reports the preparation and characterization of erbium oxalate oxide nanoparticles. The phosphor materials were synthesized through microemulsion technique. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to characterize reveal a nanocrystal structure for studied phosphors. A strong green up-conversion emission at 543 nm ( 4 S 3/2 → I 15/2 ) another weak 528 2 H 11/2 have been measured phosphors upon excitation 993 ). mechanism has explained by means an energy level diagram. lifetimes these emissions measured. equally in both phosphors, color coordinates X , Y obtained order assess their emitting efficiency.
