摘要: Abstract The anatomy of the blood supply around alar region was studied and showed that a large flap nasolabial skin would survive on narrow subcutaneous pedicle containing sufficient arteries veins to justify term "axial patterned flap". secondary defect is closed with another flap. In many cases definitive single stage repair may be achieved. others, some revision has been required.
