摘要: Objective: To explore the role of MTNR1B rs10830963 and G6PC2 rs560887 variants in pathogenesis impaired fasting glucose (IFG) obese adolescents. Methods: A total 346 Caucasians, 218 African-Americans, 217 Hispanics children adolescents underwent an oral tolerance test (OGTT) 518 evaluation insulin secretion by minimal model (OMM). Also, 274 subjects a second OGTT after 3.0 -/+ 2.1years. Results: The variant was associated with higher levels lower dynamic beta-cell response Caucasians (P 0.10). Conclusions: It has been shown for first time youth that is increased risk IFG. (Less)
