摘要: Pancreatic mediastinal pseudocyst is a rare complication of pancreatitis in children. These children usually present with abdominal pain, anorexia, vomiting, and dysphagia. Computed tomography not only essential defining the extent but also can guide percutaneous external drainage. We case 4-year-old child secondary to pancreatic trauma, which was successfully treated computed tomography-guided drainage via posterior, extrapleural approach.
