摘要: Zinc oxide ultra-fine crystalline powders and polycrystalline films of high optical quality were synthesized under soft hydrothermal conditions. The phase composition, crystal morphology, luminescent properties submicron ZnO studied depending on synthesis conditions (system precursor kind, solvent type concentration, temperature). For the systems containing metallic zinc, growth mechanism was suggested. most intensive UV luminescence highest values IUV/IVIS observed for grown Zn substrates. Low-threshold lasing at room temperature found ZnO-films, in with hydroxide or halide solutions as solvents, E th = 1–5 MW/cm2. lowest threshold using LiOH a zinc nitrate ZnO-precursor. Clear mode structures line-width 0.3 nm are characteristic spectra.
