摘要: We report electrical transport measurements through a semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotube with three additional top gates. At low temperatures the system acts as double quantum dot large interdot tunnel coupling allowing for observation of tunnel-coupled molecular states extending over whole double-dot system. precisely extract and identify by sequential-tunneling line shape resonances in differential conductance.
