摘要: Current treatments for musculoskeletal disease and injury are restricted with the usage of autografts allografts. Tissue engineering that applies principles biology to develop functional substitutes has potential promise therapeutic regeneration tissues. However, sizable tissues needs a vascular network supply cells nutrients, oxygen signals after implantation. For this purpose, recent developments on nanomaterials have been explored in delivering different vessel-inductive growth factors, small biomolecules ions scalable into vascularizable scaffolds. Here, we provide an overview current efforts, propose future perspectives precise regulation vascularization processes tissue functionality.
