摘要: Abstract 1. Influence of incubation in vitro on total tissue water and inulin space (ECS) was measured trout mid-gut segments. 2. Total ECS stabilized after 30 min remained stable for 2 hr. 3. After 60 incubation, were 83·8 ± 0·8 (2 S.E.) per cent 25·0±0·3 (S.E.) wet weight, respectively.
