摘要: Assisted reproductive technology (ART) is used primarily for infertility treatments to achieve pregnancy and involves procedures such as in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), cryopreservation. Moreover, preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) of ART in couples reasons. In treatments, gametes zygotes are exposed a series non-physiological processes culture media. Although the majority children born with this treatment healthy, some concerns remain regarding safety technology. Animal studies follow-up ART-borne suggested that was associated an increased incidence genetic, physical, or developmental abnormalities, although there also observations contradict these findings. As IVF, ICSI, frozen-thawed embryo transfer, PGD manipulate at time important reprogramming, they may affect epigenetic stability, leading gamete/embryo origins adult diseases. fact, offspring have been reported risk diseases, early-onset diabetes, cardiovascular disease, so on. review, we will discuss evidence related especially epigenetic, risks assisted reproduction.
