摘要: Abstract In previous work regarding public–private partnership (PPP) arrangements the theoretical rationales and empirical results have mainly focused on analyzing importance of quantitative features related to budget constraints deriving from public deficits, existence an infrastructure gap efficiency hypothesis. Thus, this study aims identify underlying determinants behind proliferation execution PPPs, emphasizing that non-financial (such as political, legal macroeconomic) in establishing a PPP, well factors enhance attractiveness country encourage private sector through PPPs European context. The show macroeconomic environment – represented by economic freedom, competitiveness unemployment rate is essential for system, where regulatory quality effective rule law are associated with PPP. political experience also key making more attractive PPPs.
