摘要: The lipid and fatty acid profiles of eight Helicobacter spp. (H. nemestrinae, H. acinonyx, canis, sp. strain CLO-3, "H. rappini" [Flexispira rappini], pametensis, Bird-B, Bird-C) the five additional species pylori, felis, muridarum, mustelae, fennelliae) were analyzed compared. A heterologous profile was observed among spp., on that basis could be divided into two groups. Group had 19-carbon cyclopropane (19:0cyc) tetradecanoic (14:0) as major acids, group B characteristically lacked 19:0cyc hexadecanoic (16:0) octadecenoic (18:1) acids acids. are primarily gastric colonizers, those intestinal colonizers. Seven studied showed unusual characteristic presence cholesteryl glucosides (CGs), most these seven a very large amount (9.7 to 27.4% weight total extractable lipid). types CGs their distribution in different follows: cholesteryl-6-O-acyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside (cholesteryl-6-O-tetradecanoyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside nemestrinae mainly cholesteryl-6-O-dodecanoyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside rappini"), cholesteryl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside cholesteryl-6-O-phosphatidyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside CLO-3). Besides this, we also detect acyl glucoside strains Bird-B -C, phosphatidyl Bird-C. selective accumulation free cholesterol neutral fractions. On detection 11 13 so far, appears feature genus Helicobacter. In view this because simple rapid method described herein, can used valuable chemotaxonomic marker.
