摘要: In the present study, a semi-distributed hydrological model soil and water assessment tool (SWAT) has been employed for Ken basin of Central India to predict balance. The entire was divided into ten sub basins comprising 107 response units on basis unique slope, land cover classes using SWAT model. Sensitivity analysis performed examine critical input variables study area. For basin, curve number, available capacity, depth, evaporation compensation factor threshold depth in shallow aquifer (GWQ_MN) were found be most sensitive parameters. Yearly monthly calibration (1985–1996) validation (1997–2009) observed discharge data Banda site basin. Performance evaluation carried out coefficient determination, Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency, root mean square error-observations standard deviation ratio, percent bias index agreement criterion. It that can successfully applied India. balance evaluate 25 years (1985–2009). exhibited average annual rainfall is about 1132 mm. this, 23% flows as surface run-off, 4% groundwater flow 73% evapotranspiration.
