摘要: This article describes the ITU-T Recommendation G.729 Annex A (G.729A) for encoding speech signals at 8 kb/s with low complexity. G.729A is standard coding algorithm multimedia digital simultaneous voice and data (DSVD). bitstream interoperable G.729; that is, coded can be decoded G.729, vice versa. Like it uses conjugate-structure algebraic code excited linear prediction (CS-ACELP) 10 ms frames. However, several algorithmic changes have been introduced which result in a 50 percent reduction to achieve complexity goal while meeting terms of reference. Subjective tests showed performance equivalent both G.726 32 most operating conditions; however, slightly worse case three tandems presence background noise. breakdown complexities also given.
