摘要: Abstract Cu 2 O films on flexible copper and molybdenum (Mo) substrates were prepared by electrodeposition form an alkaline bath. The as-deposited p-type the XRD analysis revealed that film contains only phase. thickness of was calculated from interference fringes in reflection spectra. Au/Cu Schottky diodes sputtering a 15 nm thick layer very pure gold onto Mo substrate. probable optical transitions near band edge spectral response device. gap at various temperatures show linear dependence temperature absolute zero value is deduced as 2.206 eV. 2.493 eV direct transition observed room shows dependence. Evidence phonon assisted indirect regions.
