摘要: Guinea-pig antisera to bovine insulin and proinsulin were analysed the association constants concentrations of combining sites specific for C-chain determined. Both contained with higher (Ak(1) sites) lower (Ak(2) affinities cross-reacting antigens.Antisera produced in response both had similar more affine less insulin-specific binding sites. Bovine contaminated traces did not induce antibodies C-chain.Antisera equal amounts high affinity part molecule. After absorption these sera can be used immunoassay proinsulin.
