摘要: Cortical parcellation refers to anatomical labelling of every point in the cortex. An accurate is useful many analysis techniques including study regional changes cortical thickness or volume ageing and neurodegeneration. Parcellation also key anatomic apportioning functional imaging changes. We present preliminary work on a novel algorithm that takes an entire iteratively updates it better match connectivity information derived from diffusion weighted imaging. demonstrate cohort 17 healthy controls. Initial results show recovering artificially induced mis-registrations converging group-wise average. This introduces framework investigate relationship between structure function, with no a-priori knowledge specific regions interest.
