摘要: Abstract Aim of the work To evaluate three subtypes CD4+Foxp3+ T cells, interleukin-35 (IL-35) and IL-10 in systemic lupus eryhtematosus (SLE) patients study their relation to disease activity. Patients methods Fifty SLE were included divided according activity index (SLEDAI) into 2 equal groups with or remission. Twenty healthy subjects as controls. All underwent flow cytometric analysis CD4, CD25, CXCR5 Foxp3 expression on cells. Serum IL-35 levels measured by ELISA. Results 46 females 4 males a mean age 38.0 ± 10.0 years, duration 9.2 ± 6.0 years. The SLEDAI was 6.8 ± 3.7 active ones. especially those had significantly reduced percents CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ CD4+CXCR5+Foxp3+ but increased CD4+CD25−Foxp3+ This accompanied significant higher serum (p  Conclusion showed high sensitivity specificity for detecting may be considered potentially promising therapeutic targets.
