摘要: Abstract The main topic of this paper is the evaluation adhesion propionibacteria to IPEC-J2 cells and survival at pH 2.5 with 0.3% bile salts added, bioactivity towards pathogens antibiotic resistance Propionibacterium freudenreichii subsp. shermanii , jensenii acidipropionici thoenii . Adhesion cell lines was ca. 25–35% significantly increased CaCl 2 Moreover, showed a reduction count 0.5% after 3 h, whereas 24 h salts; finally, they inhibited Escherichia coli O157:H7.
