摘要: A new method of inserting an eco-sustainable hydrophilic system into anti-reflection (AR) was developed and its applicability to photovoltaic systems determined. We created a TiO2 nanoparticle composite with densely multi-layered AR top layer demonstrate eco-sustainable, performance act as low refractive index material, which is essential for AR. The displayed the lowest reflectance remarkable contact angle reduction 0 degrees under UV light irradiation. annealed (the system) exhibited highest photodecomposition activity 100% within 90 min by effective separation electron–hole pairs using SiOx nanoparticles inside trap levels. successful AR, hydrophilic, characteristics simplified composed only two materials, SiOx, are anticipated contribute enhancement efficiency.
