摘要: Ever since its discovery at the end of last century, stratosphere has aroused much interest, not only among meteorologists, but other men science also. While first cause seemed so mysterious that many doubted reality existence, it is now generally agreed change from troposphere to corresponds a convection radiation as main factor governing temperature air. It will be purpose this lecture try present picture conditions these high levels in atmosphere they are known to-day.
